Terrible service

Very disappointed by missoma customer service, my package has been delivered to the wrong address which missoma confirmed that it has been changed before delivery but still went to the wrong house. I purchased 600usd worth of jewellery and never actually received it. When trying to figure out the situation with the customer service they just straight up stoped replying to my emails, never got a refund.

Great customer service

The first time wearing a pair of earrings from Missoma, I lost half an earring because the backing came off. I reached out to customer service about it, and really appreciated that Joanna quickly resolved the issue. I will wear these earrings with an extra set of backings now though to make sure they don't fall off again!

Bought a pair of earrings and paid £85

Bought a pair of earrings and paid £85. First time wearing the earrings one has dropped out. They are a clasp hoop so this should not have happened especially on first wearing. Very disappointed. Do not buy earrings from this store.

Great customer experience

Great customer experience. My chain snapped after 9 months. Sent in pictures and they sent out a new necklace. 1 year warranty is a great addition!! Thank you

Great quality brilliant customer service

I lost my lovely, brand new bracelet - only had it for a few weeks and wasn’t sure if it was a faulty clasp or not. Lovely quality, exactly how it is in the pictures, prompt delivery. Customer service has been superb and offered me a replacement bracelet. I will definitely be ordering more items, and have convinced my friends too. Highly recommend.

Bought a couple of necklaces to try

Bought a couple of necklaces to try, decided to keep just the one, although they were both really nice. Returns were simple and pre-paid, and assuring as you were updated at every process point. My refund was dealt with swiftly also. I will certainly purchase again

Always Impressed!

I have gone on to purchase numerous rings and necklaces from Missoma. The plating is the most durable I’ve found in this price range. Great quality. Always very impressed!

A Great Experience!

I didn't manage to receive the items due to the customs declaration policy. However, after I contacted the Missoma Customer Care, they helped my solve the problem efficiently. No free returns?

Ring was nice but i was sent the wrong size. I was disappointed to find out i had to pay to return it. Free returns are usually standard nowadays so it has put me off shopping with them again.

Rusty earrings!!!

Bought a pair of earrings for a friend's 30th birthday, gold plated sterling silver. Now my friend has messaged to say that they've rusted - neither gold nor silver rusts so either they're selling something unpure for that price tag or they're misrepresenting what the jewellery is actually made out of...? Either way I'm so unbelievably disappointed that this is just another cheap brand trying to maximise their profit and rip off customers for what I thought was a lovely gift that would last.Order number is: 117969A

AMAZONITE GOLD LENA CHOKER - DO NOT BUY!

Bought the Amazonite Gold Lena Choker... It barely looks anything like the pictures, I actually had to laugh when I opened the box. I wouldn't pay £15 for this let alone the £110 price tag! Poor quality and tacky. Avoid!
